David Furones is a sports reporter for the South Florida Sun Sentinel covering the Miami Dolphins. Previously, he covered the Miami Hurricanes, Miami Heat, FAU football, high school sports and recruiting. Prior to joining the Sun Sentinel, he was a correspondent for the Miami Herald. He is a graduate of the University of Miami.
