Mark A. LoPresto OBITUARY

Mark Allen LoPresto, 66, passed away on October 18, 2025 in Mountain View, CA.

Mark grew up in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, CA. He graduated from Peterson High School in 1977 in Sunnyvale. He attended West Valley College and San Jose State as a Music Major. He was also taking classical guitar lessons.

Mark was an accomplished guitar player, he played the lead guitar in several bands, most notably Gypsy Lane. He was also an avid bike rider and an amateur bike racer, racing for the San Jose Bike Club.

Mark worked for Atron and Electronic Arts. He was a valued employee because of his commitment, knowledge and expertise.

Mark never had the chance to realize all his dreams as he had a car accident in August 1994. The accident left him unable to do the things that we all take for granted.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Manor Care and Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute for the excellent care they provided Mark over the past 30 years.

He is survived by his parents, Norma and Peter LoPresto, his brother, Keith, sister-in-law, Diane, and nieces, Taylor, Jordan, Arianna and Isabella.
