Hubert Nakatsu OBITUARY

Hubert Hideo Nakatsu passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rio and Betty Nakatsu, and his sister Brenda Zimmer. He is survived by his wife Emi Carol Nakatsu (Uchiyama), and his daughters Sharrie Fukumoto (Kevin), Stacey Kanemoto (Keith), and Denise Uyeda (Greg). His grandchildren, Nicole Fujihara, Bryan Fukumoto, Eric Uyeda, Brandon Uyeda, Kristina Angeles, Stevie Uyeda, and his great-grandchildren, Kaia and Makena Fujihara, and Harper Angeles. He is also survived by his sisters, Gail Nakayama, Shirlene Kaneda, and many nephews, nieces, and many dogs.

Memorial services will be held at the San Jose Buddhist Temple on December 27, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
